Terms of Use

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or institution to use the Services or purchase products. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

We may refuse access, refuse or cancel orders, and terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we believe these requirements are not met.

All products offered through the Services are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development purposes only. They are NOT drugs, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or dietary supplements, and are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of in-vivo administration.

By purchasing, you represent that you are acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory research, that you are qualified to handle them safely, and that you will not resell, relabel, or use them for any purpose other than research. You assume all responsibility and liability for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased. See our Research Disclaimer for further detail.

Some features (such as the community forum and researcher dashboard) require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, to limit quantities, and to correct pricing or descriptive errors, even after an order has been submitted.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers; payment is handled by our third-party processor.

Shipping timelines, handling, and our returns policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms. Due to the nature of research materials, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned except as required by law.

If you post content to the community forum or otherwise submit material through the Services ("User Content"), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to post it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Post content that is false, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or that provides human-use, dosing, or medical guidance for our products;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access the Services except as permitted by our robots policy;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Resell or commercially exploit the Services or content without our written permission.

The Services and all content, design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party, and including a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product descriptions are complete or accurate. No advice or information obtained from us creates any warranty not expressly stated here.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Research Center and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Services or products, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

We may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions below, any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration will take place in California or, at your election, in your county of residence or by videoconference or telephone, and the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing care@peptideresearch.center with your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out; opting out will not affect the remaining Terms.

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive transactional communications about your orders and account. With your consent, we may also send marketing communications; you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or your Privacy Choices. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
