Shipping & Returns

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

Research materials are shipped with appropriate handling. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure prompt receipt and proper cold-chain storage on arrival.

Due to the nature of research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted products. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Claims require the batch/lot number and photographic documentation of the issue.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacement where appropriate.
