Affiliate Program Terms

You must be at least 21 years old, hold a researcher account in good standing, and provide accurate application and payout information. Participation is by application and manual approval — submitting an application does not make you an affiliate until we approve it, and we may decline or revoke approval at our discretion.

You must promote the products strictly as research-use-only (RUO) laboratory materials. You may NOT make or imply any human or veterinary use, therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, dosing, weight-loss, or health benefit, and you may not present the products as drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics. All claims must match our own RUO framing and product documentation.

U.S. Federal Trade Commission rules (16 CFR Part 255) require you to clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to us wherever you share a referral link or promote the products. The disclosure must be unavoidable and placed near the recommendation — for example, “Affiliate link — I earn a commission,” “#ad,” or “Sponsored.”

Disclosures hidden in a bio, buried below other content, or behind a “more” link do not satisfy this requirement. You are solely responsible for your compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides and all applicable advertising, email, and consumer-protection laws.

You agree not to:

• Make health, dosing, human-use, or efficacy claims, or otherwise depart from RUO framing;
• Send spam or unsolicited email, SMS, or messages, or violate CAN-SPAM or similar laws;
• Bid on our brand names or trademarks in paid search, or register confusingly similar domains or social handles;
• Use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, fake traffic, or any deceptive attribution technique;
• Refer your own orders (self-referrals) or coordinate with buyers to manufacture commissions;
• Offer unauthorized coupons, rebates, or cashback, or misrepresent pricing or our policies.

Commission is earned on the product revenue of a qualifying order attributed to you — by a click on your referral link within 45 days (last click wins), by your referral code entered at checkout, or by lifetime attribution as described below. Commission is calculated on product revenue after any discount and excludes shipping and reconstitution add-ons (e.g., bacteriostatic water).

The base commission rate is tiered by order size: 20% on orders of $100 or more, 15% on orders of $30–$100, and 10% on orders under $30, unless we have set a different rate for your account. One commission is recorded per order.

Lifetime attribution: a customer whose first attributed order was credited to you is permanently linked to your account. Each later order that customer places — with no further click or code required — earns you a lifetime commission at a flat rate of 10% of product revenue (or a different lifetime rate we set for your account). A customer already linked to another affiliate cannot be re-attributed by a link or code; their orders continue to credit the original affiliate.

Lifetime commissions accrue only while your account is active; they pause during suspension and end on termination. We may change the lifetime rate prospectively with at least 30 days' notice — changes never apply retroactively, and commissions already earned are never reduced or clawed back except in cases of refund, fraud, or material breach as described in these Terms.

Each commission is held for 30 days after the order — until the return window closes — before it becomes payable. If an order is refunded, returned, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, the related commission is voided (and, if already paid, may be deducted from future payouts).

Payouts are made manually by your selected method (PayPal, crypto, or bank). We may set a minimum payout threshold and a payout schedule, and we may withhold payment pending verification or where we suspect abuse.

You are responsible for all taxes on commissions you earn. U.S. affiliates paid $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed Form W-9, and we will issue a Form 1099-NEC as required by law. We may withhold payouts until required tax information is received.

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, withhold or void commissions, and remove your referral code immediately if we believe you have breached these Affiliate Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or harmed our brand or researchers. Accrued, validly earned, and unrefunded commissions that have cleared remain payable except in cases of fraud or material breach.

You are an independent participant, not our employee, agent, or partner. You have no authority to make any representation, warranty, or commitment on our behalf, and you may not speak for us or our brand.

We may modify these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, or the program at any time. Material changes take effect when posted (indicated by the “Last updated” date). Your continued participation constitutes acceptance.
